Masa, every morning
Ana grew up in Puebla pressing tortillas at her aunt's stall; Luis grew up in Edmonton wondering why nobody here made them fresh. In 2022 they bought an old bread truck and fixed that.
Every morning the corn is ground into masa and pressed on board, the pork goes on the spit, and the salsas are made by the bucket.

Are the tacos gluten-free?
The tortillas are corn only. The fish is battered in beer, so that one isn't.
Can I order ahead?
Not online: this page is the menu. Order at the window; it's quick.
Do you cater?
Yes: office lunches, weddings and backyard parties. Ask at the window.
